We're working to reach new heights in care, evolving to meet the changing needs of Albertans, today and into the future. With demand for care rising and paramedics facing more complex situations, we need to transform to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
To meet these challenges, we're modernizing how we work: strengthening how we organize, improving how we communicate, and deepening how we collaborate with partners to deliver coordinated emergency, urgent, and community-based care across Alberta.
What will not change is what defines us. Our commitment to public service, professionalism, clinical excellence, and accountability to Albertans remains steadfast. Our role remains public, trusted, and grounded in service.
A team that feels respected and supported is a team that can truly deliver. That’s why we’re taking steps to ensure we’re creating a workplace where everyone is equipped to succeed.
From city streets to country roads, on the plains and in the mountains, we commit to being there for the people of this province no matter where or when they need us.
